3. Refund Policy

3.1 Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once payment is processed.
You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic renewal for the next period.

3.2 Competition Entries

Competition entry fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.
If a competition is cancelled by Reel League, members will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

3.3 Technical Errors & Duplicates

For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact admin@reelleague.com within 7 days.

3.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of verified system error, double billing, or incorrect category enrollment.

3.5 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.
